You all know what happened, and no identity card (either in spain, or proposed for the UK) would have stopped this.
But consider this the English transport system only ‘copes’, and you cannot normally live close to where you work. Thus it shows over sixty years of neglect. To blame people and then over tax (both rail fares, and london congestion charge are paid after taxable pay) then and to make citizens endure this shows the failures of both past conservative, and labour governments on the local economy.
Africa might be corrupt. And the west might be too expensive for the corporations now (expect for generating profits). That speaks volumes about our leaders.
Life will go on, but the future should never be governed by nutcases, either elected, or unelected. We need neither knee jerk reactions (that dont work work) to things (or problems) that have been mismanaged for too many years.
