Dual Core processor this, memory in gb, storage in gb, and not forgetting video cards with big memory is a sign that ‘progress’ in happening – but is it in software?
I refer to dell, whom sell Windows, but is that dual/quad double it working in windows vista ? I would say no
For if every action initiates a yes/no “do you really want to” then is that speed bonus that hardware has being used by it ?
Granted that i only used Vista for thirty minutes but i found it anal, yes i really do want to copy that file – “HONEST”
Is windows vista secure – it would appear not. You know there’s a problem with security when everybody bundles there anti virus/firewall wth Dell.
While a Linux box is fast, Windows Vista slows every thing down with its ‘are you sure’ and the more you visit Vista the more of Linux i see in it, device manager looks very similar.
So what have Microsoft done? The book Mircoserfs tells us all Mircosofties are closet mac freaks at heart.
So what the dual core thingy gives the ‘are you sure’ takes away. Well the good news is that if your a Dell shareholder theres going to faster hardware along sooner rather than later.
What does this do to the tco (total cost of ownership) figures ? – better not go there Windows is more productive because you think it is.
You poor unproductive windows users. Steve Balmers owns* you all
* Darl, Ron and You Vista users are and his sex slaves
