In (book 1) I continued to book 2. I would suggest that book 1 is read before book 2 is started but in isbn: 978-1591025979 the pace is fun and some quite nice humour about where the missing screws from ikea end up.
Not quite sure the story works as well as book 1 but anyone who can make fantasy seem a little less like an academic text on how the the comma might have been used in the fifteenth century and inject some humour and sex means i say good luck to the author.
I rate it 2/5 Bananas.
