Bananas in the Falklands

Plane hijackers required [for good]

Bananas in Falklands has had her moments with the the civil aircraft idiots, after all would you name an airport after an alcoholic ? or a plane. Yep comrades they did (my blog).

hijackers please help eliminate crap singers - Osma Bin Ladin is in her bra**.

Airports and airlines have had there problems since 2001, the security staff in England’s airports is full of foreign criminals running things. Feel safe? that’s not the point. Best not to mention america’s tsa after all bras i now read are terrorists in disguise. It’s strange that Bin Ladin could become a woman’s bra but then those Saudis are very sneaky [i'm not joking by the way **].

So how can the ‘evil’ plane hijacker do the world a favour ? How do we redeem the freedom fighter back into somebody like Mr George Washington who didn’t have many moral scruples with murdering english people during the american war of independence?

Easy – in England on chav and asbo tv (itv) i read that a new reality tv series is to put ‘celebrities’ onto to aircraft. However you define the celebrity and how they got it* here is the perfect opportunity to make both the news and get rid of some really crap ’singers’ / useless people and help scare the living shit into these unless class of people.

Theres a problem that we all go down with the sinking ship, but if its the last time retarded Lisa (seen in the picture) or that dumb big brother contestant get to breathe then the tv landscape will need to have more ‘MAKE ME A CEELBRITY’ tv shows and it can also dine out on the best bits of the dead celebrities at christmas time.

The added benefit of killing Lisa is that you get to be know as the terrorists who killed Bin Ladins bra. So on culture front you get sophisticated points, G W Bush can say bin ladin is dead, and the world is a happier place.

To discuss this once in a lifetime opportunity visit us in the zoo and help improve the cultural life of England. We need you.

disclaimer: I have no idea who Lisa is but the world must be a better place with her ilk in it. and begin groped by a saudi arabian man is another good reason to put her out of her misery. You yes its ethical too.

Air, Geoff Ryman

Filed under: Books, Internet — bananasfk @ 00:05

is isbn: 0575078111, Mr Ryman is an author i have read before in ‘253′. ‘Air’ has picked up a few gongs (3 to my knowledge) and so peaked my interest. It is a great read

It follows Mae who lives sometime in the future and lives in a remote eastern asian mountain place. Part tribal, islamic, tibetian and hint of old communism it introduces us to air, internet in the brain.

Mae is special through a test fuckup and drives her village into the new era of air. For us ‘old*’ people theres a hint of the problems that drm and other issues of today that still plague this land of where Mae lives.

I’ve a few issues with the book, but where the book excels is in the micro credit area. and while it deals with the new it fails to discover the downsides which we know as big brother.

Mr Ryman is still a little stilted to start with but the book comes to a conclusion and is well worth a read.

Bad Men, Clive Stafford Smith

Filed under: Books, George W. Bush, Mind Control, Politics, Tony Blair, gordon brown, spy, usa — Tags: , , — bananasfk @ 00:05

Is isbn: 9780297852216, and is written by a ‘well known’ *** death row lawyer in America, it was also part of the Orwell book prize..

It deals with Guantanamo Bay and the people who got the free caribbean holidays and orange clothes. The book was up for the Orwell Prize. Its an interesting book as one of the few people to report what goes on, and makes the average msm’er (thats the press) seem out of touch.

The book at times become surreal, chapter four of the book (pages 81 to 128) is amazing it both reeks havoc with both the military and blows a hole in the ‘war on terror’ nonsense** while telling the story of one the wearers of the orange bikinis.

After reading you think – ‘this is like lilliput*’ and you have to finish the chapter

Here’s the thing we associate orange with bad, but on whose say so ? Blair’s,G W Bush? while you might say being in or near Afganistan was an iffy place to be when bombs started dropping is everybody a bad man or do you make them bad.

I’ve touched on a few on the elements in the book elsewhere [mind control], [Mr Murray] (my blog) and it interesting to see where the arts have led us to since the end of the cold war.

It is an eye opener regardless of your politics , 5/5 Bananas.

** read the book and tell me otherwise *** by that bananas has heard of the author.

Slouching towards bethlehem, Joan Didion

Is a set of ‘MSM’ journalist articles/thoughts as book (isbn: 0006545890) by a writer who through the flower power years lost the ability to be open to innovation in writing.

As far as i can go – it seems that this was the pinnacle of the authors writing career, the first third of the book is ok, the second two seem light and fluffy and only add bulk to a small book.

MSM ‘hate’ has been with us for a long time: ‘media poisoning’ was uttered by some respondent and to condemn the whole thing on just two people seems a little too journalistic.

That criticism aside many writers have done some good writing and survived flower power and came out the stronger for it*.

Theres that thing that everybody claims to have been at woodstock (one of those defining moments)  when clearly is sonds as if half the humans of planet earth where there, clearly they not all there.

A redeeming factor of the book is that Ms Didion does not claim to have at woodstock, and tries to shed some of the ‘it was all love 24/7′ memories and depending upon who you where makes the whole love revolution seem a little bit too faced.

But then that’s the thing with revolutions some get a better deal than others,

Incandescence, Greg Egan

has an isbn of:9780575-11628 and bases its story in what is assumed to be science fact in gravity. You need to think on this one, but it wraps a clever tale in to fact and kept me engaged.

3/5 Bananas. a clever idea.

‘the rest is noise’ zonk

Filed under: Books, Life in general — Tags: — bananasfk @ 00:05

in isbn: 9781841154756 (a samuel johnson book 2008 shortlistee that failed to win*) It made me feel intensely sleepy and full of c- and other keys it tries to describe music of the 20th century to the events around it so wagner, saint freud etc and other cliches gets a mention or too yawn.

Alex Ross the author of the rest is noise has a rare talent of boring me into a state of sleep. 10 pages in and i was dead to the world (for 90 minutes). Personally i could not give a shit about who yelled ‘I never had syphilis’ in an american supermarket either (page 32).

This book is so pretentious that only a classical music snob would find this interesting and help bore the average person to death facts like who never had syphilis in an american supermarket.

The problem with classical music is that it is so full of itself that books like this are written. The downfall is probably due to the fact that normal people started to listen it and that’s when things started to become iffy, for once it was ‘the thing royalty did’ it then became something aspiring people did for a time. Fortunately the classical music snobs drove them away and thank goodness that culture moved on and does not need a monkey in a dinner jacket and bow tie to scream out ‘THIS IS CULTURED’.

0/5 bananas.

Mr Ross is by trade a classical music critic, and in his blog he has the ignorance to question why classical music does not get the reviews it once did.  if they wrote like he does then he has answered his own question.

* super!, this prize does not attract the book owners like other prizes.

Murder most foul

A certain newspaper journalist who i read has given his blog over to the various loons that comprise the old recording industry while hes away, its a really shit state of affairs but this not the point of debating his handling of that.

Readers of mine will know i dislike drm, britney spears, and anything commercial that is riaa/sony/bpi/emi crap. When they speak of ‘innovation’ i’m reminded of this idiot (to the right) who sings out of copyright bits of popular operas and sold his soul to the those scum.

I am having a go at this talentless moron because realplayer got upgraded and then downgraded. this ‘played’ havoc with the script that needs alsa where you this piece of non ms crap to work needs

REALPLAYBIN=”/usr/bin/aoss $HELIX_LIBS/realplay.bin”

For any sound to come out, however one has to endure Mr Potts belting out the out of copyright nissan asbo before the realplay stream will start. I’m listening to German radio and the only music i’d like to buy i cannot because the record industry deems the music i listen to to be not worthy of distribution.

Its ironic as you have to be retard to buy out of copyright opera ‘hits’ on cd and the music i listen to is as far away from opera in style as you can get.

See while i want Mr Paul Potts dead ?
