is imdb: tt1155592, dealt with Philippe Petit whom is wacky french person and liked doing mad things like tightrope walking between fixed buildings.
Mr Petit is most famous for walking between the twin towers in new york in the 1970’s and as such it is likely to say that he makes your average circus performer look very very lame.
The film (a uk tax payer, and uk national lottery jolly) for somebody detailed how the feats where engineered, and as far as i know this film did not get a cinema release*.
The film brims with energy and certainly makes you think wow even today when it turned up on television on the 2nd of August. It’s not that the buildings don’t exist any more but the spectacle of an amazing event i mean would you walk on a single wire 400 metres high in the air ?
Mr Petit has balls.
