Cloud computing is a bingo word. It is used by retards. Distrubuted computing always has been here, in say seti, gene decoding and co-operative processing. One day i saw an advert for a thing in the ‘sky’, and all it did was replicate.
Replication (or copy) has been around for years. So next time i hear somebody mention those things in the sky it will be the signal for them to be known as retarded by all. The other danger is who controls the sky, which question raised its ugly head in January, lose the thing and the ‘sky’ fails.
If it can happen to one, it can also happen to others.
