So Novatech (my blog) your not cool, along with a lot of other oems and Microsoft hate you and didums you did not get my money as well boo hoo.
That brings me to ibm who a few years ago decided that instant messaging (im) was the NEXT BIG THING. it needed ibm licensing and oddly nobody else seemed to agree with ibm management about this was at an event with many others. It felt management ordered (with us or against us) and look at im now its not big.
What the zoo did was drop ibm, no fees to them and we went open source. So oems – microsoft hates you get over it, you dont need those losers who go with the big players. Novatech and the many other victims might just remember that linux can pay but teach your staff about it rather than considering voodoo like.
If Novatech are just a windows license tax collector then clearly Microsoft has the higher ground, i have an alternative supplier and would rather not pay any tax to microsoft via a third party like novatech who look capable but ask and the microsoft fud bias comes screaming out.
