Noooooo! (or the 4am testing curse)

So I’m finding newer ubuntu {eg supported) a bit heavy going as a virtual machine, so i setup a debian 6 machine to replace it, I decide that my setup should be good enough for a real world test next day.

I like debian 6 apart from the odd wall paper, and ubuntu inspired gdm3.  I fire up and then the task i was going to go ends as i have no dns.  So im bit cranky and try it in the ubuntu virtual machine same result.

I swear, shut down that virtual machine and then go find a high branch to sleep and fall off in the monkey house.

Later being that i am now behind schedule i  go through the motion but in the laggy ubuntu box and do my stuff, maybe next week everything works again.
