Governing the world, Mark Mazower

forbidden fruit?

Ferror Rocher anybody ?

isbn: 9780713996838 is not a very exciting book as it does world government.  It is interesting as things that where a success say health and standards get wrecked by the religious weirdo’s of today, other examples include the iaea.

Anyhow the world of the league of nations and concerts are explored along with nassen passports.  It seems a bit sad that no politician or academic cannot think of a new argument and are stuck with Marx and Molinari positions.

Later chapters get a bit airy and  acronym biased but the failure of the imf to prevent economic meltdown is notable and libor also gets a mention.  Mazower ought to have a read a spy book like this (my blog) though.
