Google Chrome browser gets an sha256 tls fix.

I have noted this before (my blog) but version 43.0.2357.65 on linux actually reads the sha256 rather than the sha1 that before got it a yellow triangle despite the sha256 in the certificate.





Chromium (the open source version) always worked and microsoft versions of chrome handled it right much to my annoyance.
