Sco-x have lost yet another court battle over unix on behalf of you know who*, this time on copyright, Pamela at Groklaw reports there could be one final appeal and then the masters of fud at Microsoft have to come up with a new plan to try and derail linux.

At least the lawyers did al right,, being that Microsoft are funding sco lets not assume this is not the bitter end.  Final round, take your ringside seat and remember that its not the puppet but the puppeter who matters,
